What problem does this solve?

Counsel may need technical facts translated into a traceable, understandable record. The work supports your legal team's decisions without substituting for legal advice or advocacy.

Who is it for?

Law firms and in-house counsel handling cybercrime, online impersonation, disputes, workplace matters and incident-related technical questions. Each matter is scoped and conflict-checked separately, including work under a retainer.

What do we do?

Counsel defines the instruction and intended recipients. We agree preservation priorities, permitted OSINT research, source collection, technical explanations and reporting boundaries. We can prepare factual material for disclosure review; your lawyers decide disclosure obligations and litigation strategy.

A matter-specific engagement, confidentiality terms and any counsel instruction letter precede sensitive evidence exchange. An NDA and an instruction from a lawyer do not themselves guarantee privilege. Counsel determines the applicable legal position and distribution arrangements.

What will you receive?

An agreed preservation plan, evidence and handling registers, source-backed factual reporting, technical explanations and documented limitations. Reports distinguish direct observations from analytical judgments. We agree the format and recipient list before production.

What does a typical engagement look like?

Counsel in an illustrative impersonation dispute asks for a dated record of a public page and a chronology of changes. The report identifies the capture method and gaps in the record. It does not assert who operated the page without sufficient evidence or promise court admissibility.

What is outside the scope?

Excludes: legal advice, legal representation, expert-witness services, guaranteed admissibility and guaranteed privilege. Certifications are individual qualifications, not firm accreditation. We make no claim of investigative licensing or accredited forensic capability until verified for the relevant scope and jurisdiction.

How do we begin?

Send names for a conflict check and a brief matter description through confidential intake. Once cleared, agree written instruction, an NDA where appropriate and the secure evidence channel. The draft $2,000 monthly retainer includes 10 analyst hours; each matter still needs its own authority and scope.

Before you share evidence

A clear description, public account references and confirmation that you own the assets or are authorized to act. We agree an evidence checklist after assessment. Never send passwords or verification codes.

Clarity before action.

Does instructing you create legal privilege?

No automatic privilege is promised. Your counsel determines the applicable position, instruction structure and report distribution.

Are you a law firm?

We are not a law firm and do not give legal advice. We supply agreed technical and factual support.

Do you provide expert witnesses?

Not in the current offering. Factual technical reporting is distinct from expert opinion and testimony.

Is a retainer enough to start any matter?

No. Every matter requires a separate conflict check, lawful-basis review and written instruction, including work drawn from a retainer.

How can we review credentials?

Only verified, approved aggregate qualifications may be published. Enterprise credential disclosure requires an appropriate NDA and a controlled, separately prepared dossier; no private credential records are stored on this site.
