Who this is for
Brands, creators and executives being impersonated.
Situations we handle
Fake profiles and pages, impersonating ads, lookalike domains, phishing pages that use the brand, fake customer-support accounts, counterfeit listings on social commerce, and executive impersonation.
What is outside the scope
Negative reviews, criticism, parody that meets platform rules, journalism and competitor comparisons.
How the work happens
- Agree the protected assets: names, trademarks, handles, domains, executives and logos.
- Set up monitoring with permitted sources.
- An analyst validates each finding and scores confidence and harm.
- The client approves the enforcement policy once, or case by case.
- Report through the official platform, registrar or host routes.
- Track each report to an outcome.
- Report monthly.
What you receive
Validated findings log, evidence record per finding (screenshots, URLs, timestamps, hash), enforcement tracker and monthly report.
What we need from you
Proof of trademark or name rights and an authorization letter.
Excludes
Litigation, which we refer to counsel, and guaranteed removal.
From an impersonation report to a documented decision
A useful finding identifies the public URL, the observed misuse, collection time and the reason it may breach the relevant rules. The analyst separates observations from assumptions before recommending a reporting route. Client authorization and the provider’s decision remain distinct steps.
For recurring abuse, brand intelligence helps assess patterns and priorities. Where the question concerns a wider phishing campaign or security exposure, consider cyber threat intelligence.
What we need from you
A clear description, public account references and confirmation that you own the assets or are authorized to act. We agree an evidence checklist after assessment. Never send passwords or verification codes.
Platforms, registrars and hosts make the final decisions on recovery and removal. We cannot promise their outcomes.
