A record someone else can examine.
Our proposed method connects each finding to its source, its handling history and the limits of what it can establish.
Start with authority and a question.
Conflict clearance, written instruction and a documented lawful basis precede collection. Agree relevant jurisdictions, data minimization, authorized sources, recipients and preservation priorities. Local licensing or specialist capability requirements may restrict acceptance.
Preserve source and context.
The collection record identifies the source, capture method, UTC timestamp, operator and original metadata where available. Preserve originals separately from working copies. Record a full cryptographic digest where appropriate; a matching hash checks integrity against a recorded version, not the truth of the source or its authorship.
Keep handling traceable.
Record each transfer, handler, purpose, time and integrity check. The agreed evidence platform must provide restricted access, encryption, audit and a retention schedule before evidence is accepted. Evidence files do not belong in this website, its contact forms, sales CRM or AI triage.
Make uncertainty visible.
Reports separate observed facts, corroboration and analytical judgment. High confidence requires strong, consistent support; moderate confidence reflects meaningful gaps; low confidence flags limited or conflicting support. Confidence is a qualitative assessment, not a probability or a finding of guilt.
Review before release.
The report includes the instruction, sources, methodology, timeline, findings, alternative explanations, limitations and recommended next steps. A second qualified reviewer checks material findings where available; any missing independent review is disclosed. Counsel decides legal use and distribution.
Standards and operational readiness.
This is the proposed method for review. It is not a claim of laboratory accreditation, investigative licensing, compliance certification or court admissibility. Evidence procedures, tooling and retention terms require operational and legal approval before launch.
