Scope and authority
The signed engagement must identify the parties, authorized assets, deliverables, exclusions, fees, applicable law and communication route. The client must have authority over the assets and provide accurate information.
Fees and cancellation
The website prices are working drafts. Payment, taxes, assessment fees, cancellation, refunds and any minimum commitment must be agreed in writing before work begins. Payment must go to the verified legal entity.
Third-party decisions
Recovery and enforcement outcomes depend on platforms, registrars, hosts and other providers. We cannot guarantee their decisions, response times or availability. An assessment purchases analysis, not a particular result.
Investigations and legal support
We are not a law firm and do not give legal advice. Each matter requires conflict clearance, written authority and a jurisdiction-specific scope review. Identification, funds recovery, court admissibility and privilege are not guaranteed. We do not provide lead incident response, ransom negotiation or expert-witness services in the current offering.
Terms awaiting legal review
Liability, consumer cancellation rights, dispute resolution, governing law, data protection, confidentiality and termination clauses require qualified legal review. This page is not a live customer agreement.
