Whom we can help and the requests we will refuse.

Authorization comes first
We support account owners and documented authorized representatives. Ownership conflicts require review and appropriate evidence before action. We do not assist access to a partner’s, former partner’s or another person’s account without lawful authority.
Requests outside our scope
We refuse verification bypass, unauthorized intrusion, hack-back, doxxing, covert personal surveillance and recovery of money or cryptocurrency. We do not promise that a platform will restore access.
Criticism is not impersonation
Negative reviews, parody, journalism and lawful criticism are not automatically abuse. A human examines context and rights before recommending an enforcement request.
Borderline cases
We may request clarification, narrow the scope, defer action pending legal advice or decline a request. A client cannot override the requirement for appropriate authorization.
