What we collect
The proposed intake collects your name, safe contact address, country, role, public account references and a short description. It does not accept files, passwords or verification codes. Marketing consent is separate and optional.
Confidential matters
Matter intake additionally collects instructing party, organization, role, matter type, urgency, counsel status, jurisdictions, an optional deadline, a short summary and counterparty names for conflict checking. Summary and counterparty names are excluded from AI triage, CRM, analytics and routine notifications. Intake details are stored separately in an encrypted envelope. No evidence files are collected by this website.
Why and on what basis
Information is used to assess and respond to your request, verify authority and administer an agreed engagement. The legal basis for each purpose, controller identity and contact route must be confirmed by counsel for the launch markets.
Who may process information
The planned systems include the hosting and database providers, email delivery, CRM, anti-spam and limited AI-assisted triage. The final processors, contracts, storage regions and international-transfer safeguards must be reviewed before collection starts.
Retention and your rights
For ordinary inquiries, the draft policy proposes removing case material 90 days after closure and declined or lost inquiry personal data after 180 days, subject to confirmed obligations. Access, correction, objection, erasure and complaint routes must be stated for each applicable jurisdiction. Investigations and legal matters require a separate, counsel-approved retention schedule and legal-hold process; the general inquiry period does not apply automatically. No live data is collected in this preview.
