Document the finding
Record the public reference, observation time, the claimed right, the suspected violation and the evidence necessary to understand it. Distinguish observation from inference.
Review the context
An analyst checks potential impersonation or infringement, ownership, platform rules, reseller status, parody and legitimate commentary. Detection alone is not enough to justify a report.
Obtain approval
The client confirms authority and the agreed action. A person approves each consequential submission through official provider channels. We do not automate legal judgments or mass-report criticism.
Track the actual outcome
Reports distinguish submitted, pending, removed, rejected and returning findings. A rejection is recorded with the next permitted step. Providers make the final decisions.
